Overview of Ion Adsorption, Fixation, and Solidification Repair Technology

The adsorption fixation modification technology of the Amuse Eco Plant System utilizes various natural inorganic minerals blended together to leverage their ion adsorption capabilities to adsorb, fix, and modify various ionic substances contained in and leaching from soil and incineration ash. This technology enables the remediation of complexly contaminated soils and incineration ash contaminated by different ionic substances. Adsorption fixation and modification are separate reactions, and the ion adsorbent (Eco Harmony) is characterized by its ability to not only adsorb and fix but also further modify. **Features of Land Revolution:** - The mixer is a horizontal-axis forced kneading type, capable of mixing even when water is added to soil with a specific gravity of 2. - The mixer has a kneading precision ratio of 100:1. - The kneading time can be controlled according to the input materials (contaminated soil, etc.). - The mixer and ion adsorbent hopper are equipped with a weight scale (load cell). - For each batch, the measurement of contaminated soil, kneading water, and ion adsorbent is linked to the measurement control panel, allowing for automatic control of the set values. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
